Ain't no mountain high enough Ain't river long enough Ain't no ocean deep enough I got 99. Fuck the 1% 99. Fuck the 1% I got 99. Fuck the 1% We don't play no way Get em outta the way We just kicking in doors Doing it the Alkebulan way You're slavery's featherweight When we're producing in heavyweight Wait. A second Am saying genes is a weapon If you hadn't noticed, the world is getting browner each second Which means the one percent is now second to the baking. So you'n need the power You're genitals are power Put the Basilisk in Vulva And watch the world cower 99 percent. Fuck the 1% (×3) Am speaking for the bird's - feathers Bars - Waiters Earth Craters - Masqueraders We loosing battle to pavers who delete us and lead us in leader's innocent of any achievement. So what are we achieving knowing the odds are not even. Unleavened bread served leaven. This is how we living. We got the 99 but they got the 99's That's how we die once when they're living our 99 lives. Ain't no mountain high enough Ain't river long enough Ain't no ocean deep enough I got 99. Fuck the 1% 99. Fuck the 1% I got 99. Fuck the 1%

Before the world went into lockdown, the financiers were
busy aligning their assets to protect themselves, while the
masses were forced into unemployment and crushing debt. Bernie
Sanders and left-wing movements everywhere have been shoved to
one side by the liberal elites and a divided opposition that can
no longer see the wood for the trees. And if you think things
are bad in the US and Europe, spare a though for the poverty stricken majority in Africa, for whom inequality can spell
starvation, without any welfare system to fall back on.
KEYA NEMESIS, Ugandan battle-rap champion of East Africa,
teams up here with UK producer DJ MOOCHA (Kool London) to deliver
a soulful but angry hip hop anthem for the 99% exploited by global
capitalism. Poetic, political wordplay over a haunting
production in an extraordinary meeting of musical minds.
